I take time to listen and be with you during your personal consultation. Your consultation starts with a comprehensive intake prior to our meeting. We explore your metabolic type, what that means and how to work with it to maintain health. You will receive specific recommendations on nutrition and lifestyle. This is for first sessions with me.
Session may also used for emotional release from trauma or painful life experience(s), meditation-breath-visualization session for stress reduction, anxiety or clarity on next steps.
